Philip A. Okun has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1981. He has expertise in leasing, sales, development, financing, and property management. He was president of Polimeni International, which owned and developed commercial properties in the U.S. and Poland. He oversaw a portfolio of office buildings and shopping centers in excess of 3,000,000 ft². Additionally, he is a partner in Realty Connect USA Long Island. In that capacity, he trains agents that want to learn commercial real estate. Further, he is a founding director of Hanover Bank in Mineola, N.Y., which was created in 2008. He serves as chair of the loan committee and is a member of the audit, litigation, compensation, and fair housing committees. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Florida. He resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Linda.
