2 years ago I embarked on a journey to condense 40+ years worth of experience into an easy to read summary of all things commercial real estate. Of course the book does not contain every iota of commercial real estate, but it does address the basics in all areas of commercial property transactions. The book is completely based on my real world experiences and cuts out the unnecessary “noise” and complexities. I am very fortunate to have been in a career that I have true passion for, and enjoy every day. Of course there are always frustrations and challenges, but those are part of this thing called life. Now that I have combined commercial real estate with my role in banking at Hanover Bank, I feel the big picture is complete.
